Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, completing tasks, or launching a campaign on Drip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Drip.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account and on the social media accounts you link to it.
3. Completing Tasks
Members earn by completing the tasks shown in Drip, such as sharing, liking, commenting on, or following a post. To be paid, a task must be completed as described and backed by valid proof.
- Each task is checked before payout, and tasks that are incomplete, faked, or later undone may not be paid.
- Using bots, fake or multiple accounts, or any automated means to complete tasks is not allowed.
- You must follow the rules of each social platform you use.
4. Campaigns
Creators and brands may launch campaigns to have members engage with their posts. You confirm that you own or have the right to promote the content in your campaign, and that it is lawful and follows the rules of the platforms involved. Campaign budgets are spent as tasks are completed and checked.
5. Earnings and Payouts
Earnings from checked tasks are added to your Drip balance. Payouts are subject to minimum amounts, verification, and the payout methods available in your country. We may hold or reverse earnings connected to fraud or a breach of these Terms.
6. Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit or promote content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or obscene
- Violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights
- Promotes illegal activity, scams, or unsafe conduct
7. Intellectual Property
Drip, its software, design, and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Reach and engagement depend on audiences and platforms outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results for any campaign.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, harm other users or the platform, or create a security or legal risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as Drip or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Drip after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
